delivery estimate: 

orders should take up to 7-21 days to arrive once processed, depending on the item ordered. items manufactured to order can take slightly longer. In the instance of delays, this is out of our control due to global impacts of shipping, we will work closely with our suppliers to ensure you are kept up to date with the process of your orders. 

 

SOY CANDLES & TUFTED MIRROR 

as these are made inhouse, they have quicker processing and delivery times

handmade soy candles and tufted mirrors will be processed within 1-5 days and sent out standard class royal mail tracked

once an order has been placed, the purchaser has committed to the sale and declares that all information entered (including the shipping address) is correct. It  is then the purchaser's responsibility to resolve any discrepancies, or in the instance of unclaimed parcels with their local postal/courier service.
